Privacy Policy — Construction Update Mobile App

This Privacy Policy describes how data is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the Construction Update mobile application (iOS / Android) that connects to the Auresta platform via the External SDK API.

1. Who We Are

2. Scope

This policy applies to the mobile app that:

Authenticates with an Auresta SDK API key
Reads and writes construction progress logs (daily work descriptions, dates, linked plots/units, photos)
Loads project reference data (areas, districts, projects, pieces, units)
Loads mobile app branding (company logo, colors, app display name)

This policy does not cover the Auresta web dashboard, public map website, WhatsApp sales chat, or other services unless they are explicitly part of your app experience.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide through the app

When field staff or authorized users record construction updates, the app may send the following to Auresta servers:

Descriptions and photos may incidentally contain identifiable information (for example, people visible on a construction site, license plates, or signage). You should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data in free-text fields and images.

3.2 Reference data read from the server

The app downloads read-only project data to populate selectors and lists, which may include:

Area and district names
Project (development) names
Plot / piece numbers and identifiers
Unit labels, areas, prices, and availability status

This data belongs to COOPXL and is scoped to the API key's tenant. It is not shared with other companies on the platform.

3.3 Branding data

On startup, the app may fetch:

Company logo URL
App display name
Color theme and gradient settings

These are configured by your organization in the Auresta dashboard under تطبيق الجوال.

3.4 Credentials stored on your device

The app typically stores an API key locally so you do not need to re-enter it on every launch. This key should be kept in the device's secure storage.

The Auresta SDK does not use end-user login accounts (email/password) by default. If COOPXL adds its own authentication layer on top of the SDK, that layer may collect additional identifiers; refer to any separate notice provided by your organization.

3.5 Device permissions

Depending on how the app is built, it may request:

The app does not require location GPS for core SDK functionality, unless your organization's custom build adds location features.

3.6 Automatically collected technical data

When the app connects to Auresta, the platform may automatically log:

Device or app identifier
Date and time of the request

This information is used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and support. Authorized administrators can view usage activity in the Auresta dashboard.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Record and display construction progress for real-estate projects
Store and serve progress photos linked to log entries
Populate project selectors (area → district → project → piece → unit)
Apply company branding in the mobile interface
Operate, secure, and improve the Auresta platform (logging, abuse prevention, support)
Comply with legal obligations when required by law

We do not use SDK construction data for third-party advertising or sell personal information to data brokers.

5. How Information Is Shared

5.1 Within your organization

Construction logs, photos, and project data are visible to authorized users of COOPXL through:

This mobile app (via the provisioned API key)
The Auresta web dashboard (construction calendar and related tools)

Access is limited by permissions configured by your administrator in the app and dashboard.

5.2 Platform storage

Data is processed and stored securely on the Auresta platform. Each organization's data is kept separate and is not shared with other customers.

5.3 Publicly accessible photos

Uploaded construction photos may be accessible via public links. Anyone with the link can view the image. Do not upload sensitive personal content unless your organization accepts this visibility model.

5.4 Service providers

We may work with trusted partners who help us operate the platform. They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

5.5 Legal disclosure

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. Data Retention

When your organization deletes a construction entry via the app or dashboard, the corresponding record is removed from Auresta. Residual backups may persist for a limited time according to standard backup rotation.

7. Security

We implement measures intended to protect data, including:

Encrypted connections for all communication with Auresta
API key authentication with scoped permissions and revocation support
Data separation — each organization's data is kept isolated
Access controls to reduce abuse
Secure local storage recommendations for API keys on mobile devices

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Report suspected unauthorized access to auresta@auresta.cloud promptly.

Important: API keys must not be embedded in public app builds without protection. Prefer distributing keys only to trusted devices or routing traffic through a secure backend proxy controlled by COOPXL.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) are applied for cross-border transfers.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law (including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law and, where relevant, GDPR), you may have the right to:

Access personal data held about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete data, subject to legal and contractual limits
Restrict or object to certain processing
Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Because the SDK app typically operates under an organization-issued API key rather than individual user accounts, please direct requests to COOPXL at auresta@auresta.cloud. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You can reduce data collection by:

Not attaching photos to log entries when unnecessary
Avoiding personal identifiers in work descriptions
Requesting API key revocation from your administrator when you no longer use the app

10. Children's Privacy

The Construction Update app is intended for authorized adults (construction staff, project managers, and administrators). It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last updated date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the app, your organization's administrator, or auresta.cloud. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

3. البيانات التي نجمعها

قد تحتوي الصور والوصف على معلومات تعريفية بشكل عرضي (أشخاص، لوحات، إلخ). يُفضّل عدم إدراج بيانات شخصية غير ضرورية.

3.2 بيانات مرجعية من الخادم

أسماء المناطق والأحياء والمشاريع وأرقام القطع وبيانات الوحدات (المساحة، السعر، الحالة) — ضمن نطاق كوبكسل فقط.

3.3 الهوية البصرية

الشعار، اسم التطبيق، الألوان — تُعدّ من لوحة أوريستا (تطبيق الجوال).

3.4 على جهازك

يُخزَّن مفتاح API محلياً في التخزين الآمن. التطبيق لا يستخدم حسابات مستخدمين (بريد/كلمة مرور) افتراضياً ما لم تضيف كوبكسل طبقة تسجيل دخول خاصة.

3.6 بيانات تقنية تلقائية

عند الاتصال بأوريستا، قد تُسجَّل تلقائياً: عنوان IP، ومعرّف الجهاز أو التطبيق، وتاريخ ووقت الطلب — للأمان، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، والدعم الفني. يمكن للمخولين مراجعة نشاط الاستخدام من لوحة أوريستا.

4. كيف نستخدم البيانات

تسجيل وعرض تقدم البناء

ملء قوائم المشاريع (منطقة → حي → مشروع → قطعة → وحدة)

لا نستخدم بيانات البناء للإعلانات أو بيع البيانات لوسطاء.

5. مشاركة البيانات

داخل كوبكسل: التطبيق ولوحة أوريستا (حسب الصلاحيات)
التخزين: تُعالَج البيانات وتُخزَّن بأمان على منصة أوريستا، مع فصل بيانات كل مؤسسة عن غيرها
روابط عامة للصور: أي شخص لديه الرابط قد يعرض الصورة — لا ترفع محتوى حساساً دون موافقة مؤسستكم
الإفصاح القانوني: عند الطلب بحكم القانون

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

حسب القانون المعمول به، قد يحق لك: الوصول، التصحيح، الحذف، الاعتراض، سحب الموافقة، الشكوى للجهة المختصة.

9. الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه للموظفين والمخولين البالغين وليس للأطفال دون 13 سنة (أو الحد الأدنى في بلدكم).

10. التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. تاريخ آخر تحديث في الأعلى. استمرار الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني الموافقة على النسخة المحدّثة.
